The rules for using TradeTrustPro
TradeTrustPro is a trade name of JO Master Builders & Developers Inc., a Florida corporation (“TradeTrustPro,” “we,” “us”). These Terms apply when you use tradetrustpro.com, app.tradetrustpro.com, our phone line, or our text messages (the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
TradeTrustPro is an online marketplace. We help Florida property owners (“Customers”) send project requests to independent licensed contractors (“Contractors”), offer AI-generated design images and rough cost ranges, process job payments through Stripe, and sell Contractors access to real estate deal information. TradeTrustPro is not a party to any contract between a Customer and a Contractor. JO Master Builders & Developers Inc. is also a licensed Florida general contractor and may receive requests and deals through the Platform, sometimes before other Contractors.
We check each Contractor’s license status against Florida DBPR records when the Contractor joins, and we may check again at any time. We do not perform background checks, and we do not guarantee any Contractor’s work, prices, insurance, availability, or conduct. Before hiring, confirm the license at myfloridalicense.com and get a written contract.
AI-generated images, descriptions, and cost ranges are rough illustrations only. They are not quotes, bids, construction plans, or professional advice. Only a licensed Contractor can give you a quote.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts in Florida. Give accurate information and keep your login private. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.
If you give us your phone number and agree, TradeTrustPro and the Contractors we share your request with may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase; you can call us at 786-655-9178 instead. Calls to our AI assistant are recorded (see the Call Recording Notice).
Submitting a request is free for Customers. Contractors pay the subscription and deal-access fees shown before purchase. For job payments and maintenance plan payments processed through the Platform, TradeTrustPro keeps a 10% platform fee (see the Milestone Payment Terms).
Do not: give false information; post fake or paid reviews; harass anyone; perform work without a required license; copy, scrape, resell, or publish Platform data; interfere with Platform security; or use the Platform to break any law.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT FLORIDA LAW ALLOWS, TRADETRUSTPRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR THE WORK OR CONDUCT OF ANY CONTRACTOR OR CUSTOMER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID TRADETRUSTPRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100. NOTHING HERE LIMITS RIGHTS THAT THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW TO BE LIMITED.
Florida law governs these Terms. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms. The new version and its effective date will be posted on this page. When changes are material, we will also notify account holders by email or on the Platform.
