Your agreement as a contractor on TradeTrustPro
This Agreement is between you (the “Contractor”) and JO Master Builders & Developers Inc., doing business as TradeTrustPro. You are an independent business. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
You must hold an active Florida license for all work you offer or perform, work only within its scope, and use licensed subcontractors where the law requires. We check your license with DBPR when you join and may check again at any time. Tell us within 5 business days if your license status changes. We may suspend your account if we cannot confirm an active license.
You must keep the insurance described in our Insurance Requirements and provide proof when we ask.
We do not guarantee the number, quality, or outcome of any request. Some requests and deals are offered first, or only, to JO Master Builders & Developers Inc., our affiliated contractor.
You are responsible for following all laws on calls, texts, and email, including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, Do Not Call rules, and CAN-SPAM. Contact Customers only about the request they sent. Honor every opt-out right away. Do not call or text property owners listed in deal information using automated dialing, artificial or prerecorded voices, or automated texts unless you have the consent the law requires.
Paid deal access gives you property and deal information compiled from third-party data providers, public records, and our automated analysis. You may use it only for your own business and may not resell, share, or publish it. The information may be incomplete or wrong and is not an appraisal or investment, legal, or tax advice; verify everything yourself. TradeTrustPro is not a real estate broker and does not represent any buyer or seller. Deal fees are flat fees for information access and are never based on whether a property is bought, sold, or closed. Fees are non-refundable, but we may issue a credit if an unlocked deal is missing key data.
You must follow Section 489.147, Florida Statutes. Do not use prohibited roof-claim advertisements, offer anything of value for a roof inspection or insurance claim, pay or accept referral fees for work paid with property insurance proceeds, or advise on or adjust insurance claims without a public adjuster license.
Subscription and deal-access fees are billed through Stripe as shown before purchase. To receive job payments you need a Stripe Connect account. TradeTrustPro keeps a 10% platform fee from job payments and maintenance plan payments processed through the Platform, as described in the Milestone Payment Terms.
Do not write or buy fake reviews, offer anything in exchange for a review, or threaten anyone to stop or remove a review.
You will defend and hold harmless TradeTrustPro and JO Master Builders & Developers Inc. from claims arising from your work, your contact with Customers or property owners, or your violation of this Agreement or the law.
Either party may end this Agreement at any time. We may suspend or remove your account for violations. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires.
