Each call begins with a notice that it is recorded. By staying on the call, you consent. If you do not consent, hang up and email support@tradetrustpro.com instead.
To take down your request accurately, check quality, improve our assistant, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties.
Our phone and AI providers, Twilio and Vapi, process calls for us. A written summary of your request may be sent to the Contractors who receive it. Recordings are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
Contractors who record calls with Customers must get every party’s consent themselves.
