How TradeTrustPro collects, uses, and shares information
This policy explains how JO Master Builders & Developers Inc., doing business as TradeTrustPro, collects and uses information through the Platform.
(a) Information you give us: name, phone number, email, property address, project details, photos you upload, and, for Contractors, license, company, service area, and payout account details. (b) Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, a visitor ID cookie, and use of our design tool. (c) Calls and texts: call recordings, transcripts, and message content. (d) Property records: for our deal feed, we obtain property information, which can include owner names and mailing details, from third-party data providers and public records.
To run the Platform; send your request to Contractors; answer you; check Contractor licenses; prevent abuse and fraud; process payments; send the calls, texts, and emails you asked for; improve our services; and meet legal duties.
(a) With Contractors who serve your area and project, and with our affiliated contractor JO Master Builders & Developers Inc. (b) With service providers that run parts of the Platform for us, including Stripe (payments), Clerk (accounts), Twilio (texts and calls), Vapi (AI phone assistant), Resend (email), Google and Anthropic (AI processing, including photos you upload to the design tool), and property data providers. (c) Property deal information, which can include property owner names, is made available to subscribing Contractors for a fee. (d) When the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell the personal information of people who submit requests on the Platform.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the Contractors you asked us to connect you with and with the providers that deliver our messages. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
We use a visitor ID cookie to count free design-tool uses and remember your choices, and basic analytics to understand site use. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may then not work.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, except where the law requires longer, such as payment and tax records.
Email support@tradetrustpro.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Property owners may ask us to remove their information from our deal feed. We honor unsubscribe links in marketing emails and STOP replies to texts.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
The Platform is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
