Contractor permit obligations
As the licensed contractor of record, you must obtain every permit required for the work before starting. TradeTrustPro does not obtain permits.
You must schedule all required inspections and obtain final approval where required.
Give the Customer the permit numbers and inspection results, and add them to the Platform when we ask.
Work without a required permit is prohibited and may lead to removal from the Platform. Customers can report it to DBPR and the local building department. Never ask a Customer to pull an owner-builder permit so that you can avoid your own obligations.
