Complaints & Disputes

What to do if something goes wrong

Effective date: 2026-09-17 · Version 1.2

1. Our Role

Contracts for work are between the Customer and the Contractor. TradeTrustPro is not a party to them, but we can help both sides communicate and may review complaints.

2. How to Report a Problem

Email support@tradetrustpro.com with your name, the job or request, what happened, and any photos or documents. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

3. Payments During a Dispute

If a milestone payment has not been transferred yet, TradeTrustPro may pause it while it reviews the problem (see the Milestone Payment Terms). Customers also keep any rights they have with their card issuer.

4. Contractor Accountability

We may suspend or remove Contractors who break our terms or the law.

5. Other Places to Get Help

You can file a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation at myfloridalicense.com, contact your local building department, ask about the Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund for eligible losses, or use the courts, including small claims court.

6. Governing Law

Florida law applies. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law.
